23/01/2021-Normal Open Hours Resume.
Whilst the 3rd National lockdown closes many shops, Clark Family Eyecare will be opening up to our normal opening hours as follows:
-Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am - 5pm
-Wednesday 9am -7pm
-Saturdays 9am -12pm (12pm - 5pm by appointment only on selected Saturdays)
We are extremely grateful to the support of the community over the last year and are pleased to be up and running with the addition of extended hours and more availability.

We will continue to prioritise emergency and urgent appointments, seeing routine appointments where capacity allows.
​
Following the first lockdown, our scheduled appointment due reminders are currently running behind. We are working very hard to catch up however this is taking longer than we first thought it would. If you feel you have had changes in your vision or concerned in away please don't hesitate to contact us. Do not wait for us to contact you.

29/06/2020 - Many Eyecare Services now available.

We have been busy in practice, triaging and helping customers over the phone with eye conditions and management and preparing for the resumption of services. We have received guidance from the GOC (General Optical Council) and the NHS stating that routine appoints may resume.
To protect our customers and our team all, we will be contacting overdue customers by telephone to book an appointment. Our clinics will be limited in terms of the number of people we can see in any one day and so we will be giving priority to those who are experiencing concerns for their vision.
We are still able to offer help with spectacle repairs and replacement spectacles on an appointment only basis. Although our practice is fairly spacious we feel that by working on an appointment only basis we can limit the number of people in practice at any one time. Our team will also be working with limited numbers, so please contact us before arriving at the practice to avoid disappointment although we will try our best to accommodate you if we can.

As we only have a small team available at the moment and with the closure of schools to many year groups, we will be opening with temporary reduced hours which are as follows and are subject to change.
