Clark Family Eyecare shortlisted for 2nd Customer Service Award of 2019

The Clark Family Eyecare team have been shortlisted for their second customer service award of 2019 in the National Sightcare awards for independent opticians.

“Having been shortlisted for Optical Assistant Team of the year at the Opticians Awards in March, I am ecstatic to receive news of also being shortlisted for a Customer Service Excellence award” says Cheryl Director. “The team and I all share the same values and believe in nothing less than a coffee and friendly welcome when visiting the practice to go with the professional Eyecare and fabulous eyewear we provide”

Customer Service excellence can be displayed in many ways.
